Mushrooms sautéed and reduced in our own French onion recipe and stuffed with onions loaded with mixed house cheeses and served with garlic bread for dipping this can be done with gluten.
 

ITALIAN BURRATA

Fresh Italian cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside contains stracciatella cream giving it a ricotta texture and flavour...simply amazing. Topped with bumble berry chutney and served with warm pita.

All done in house. Battered and lightly deep fried and served with cocktail sauce and/or garlic aioli or curry mayo – please let your server know your sauce choice!

New Zealand lamb seasoned then braised. We then send it to slow cook with fresh Ontario carrots, mint, leeks and pomegranate and true Moroccan spices. Served over creamy vegetable risotto.

Traditional Spanish dish! Saffron, paprika, garlic, tomatoes, onion, shrimp, white fish, mussels and clams a little white wine tossed in tomato basil pesto (nut free) with fresh basmati.
